Job Description
Plans/manages programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes. Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.


Qualifications

Working knowledge of standard business processes. Work directly with business owners from numerous business units across the world to define project objectives and goals. Create plans for projects and report on project progress.Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations.Ensure project and process quality.Develop and manage issue resolution process.Collect and communicate priorities for resolving issues presented. Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures. Ability to plan, estimate, and schedule multiple tasks and develop detailed resource and project plans. Ability to manage projects across multiple geographies and time zones. Experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables, quality assurance, walkthroughs, issue reporting, and change managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to facilitate meetings effectively to arrive at the desired objectives.Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to operate effectively in a changing business environment.Two years project management experience.4 year degree.
