Reports to the Senior Director for Enterprise and Complex Solution for the Americas. This individual will represent an enterprise perspective and go-to-market strategy for McAfee Professional Services (PS). This individual will be responsible for envisioning integrated product solutions for the Americas. This role will manage complex cross-functional teams including partner and customer relationships. Responsibilities will include representing McAfee as an expert adviser for planning, architecting and deploying McAfee and non-McAfee solutions across multiple industries and all functional business lines. This role will integrate enterprise security technologies, processes, people and policy for our customers.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:
- Architectural Thought Leadership:
Develop, manage and lead a team of highly specialized technical resources focused on creating value based architectural offerings that will drive the adoption and footprint of McAfee’s product solution set. Grow and build the team to enable a regionally based architect model that aligns to field sales teams. Develop and maintain specialized skills across to demonstrate value to McAfee customers.
Drive alignment and continuity with the Americas Sales and Sales Engineering (SE) teams to ensure seamless integration throughout all aspects of the product sales cycle.Own and implement all joint PS and SE initiatives including strategy, technologies and outcomes.This position is charged with ensuring long term customer success.Ensure a synchronized handoff from sales to implementation that demonstrates high value for the customer.
Ensure proven methodologies, architectures, offerings and training are in place for all new product solutions prior to release to market.Establish and continuously improve repeatable processes in conjunction with our executive and product engineering teams.Provide a solution-based approach for key initiatives and understand the strengths and weaknesses of our SS strategy and recommend solutions to fix gaps. Ensure our top product initiatives and campaigns are funded and have the proper services scope based on a thorough assessment of the customer environment, ensuring our customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings continue to be high.
Cultivate the best and brightest personnel to ensure our top combined product/services solution sets are supported by a team of professionals that are considered best in class experts around the associated discipline.Ensure education, training and partnering of their focused discipline for the field.Maintain the knowledge repository of all engineering, SE, PS and support documentation across all disciplines.Align with engineering and SE peers to ensure we are engaged in the go to market across all products.
- Team Cross Training & Partnering:
Support a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment to further develop talent.Develop internal and potentially external resources with architectural, technical and process training aligned to our strategy and product portfolio.Drive flawless execution of our team and 3rd party program and work with delivery and technology leads to create a highly trained and fluid organization that is transparent to our customer and sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in consulting; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 plus years within security industry.
- 10 plus years managing & building technology teams.
- Excellent organizational skills & demonstrated ability to represent and communicate at the C-level.
- Any experience leading teams in the Federal government environment is a plus
- Experience developing goals and roadmaps; translation into tactical execution plans
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation and motivation skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and drive solutions
- Team player motivated to work in challenging, fast-paced and results driven environment
