About this position…

The Consumer Account Manager is responsible to manage the relationships with all the partners of the designated territory to increase McAfee incomes and users of our Consumer security solution. The role involves creating the need for a long term strategic relationship, developing all the business opportunities based on consumer solutions deliverable today.

What you will do…

Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quota.

Responsible for managing and growing territory, maximizing the revenue and building strong business relationships with partners. This position is responsible for Mexico country.

Ability to work with a product engineering team, marketing team and other areas of McAfee in order to lead and launch Partner’s opportunities for consumer solutions.

Partner with other business units in identifying other opportunities outside your core product portfolio

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with partners, focusing in bookings, monetization and EBITDA criteria.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.  Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications:

University degree mandatory In Business Administration, Engineering or IT degree.

5 years or more of proven experience with Telcos or inside Telcos –
Sales and Marketing: Must understand the telco business model, channels of sales and products design. Experience working managing Telco products is a must.

Extensive knowledge of VAS world, for fixed and mobile operations.

Fluent in English, oral and written.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong business relationships in Telco’s world.

Understanding and working knowledge of networking topologies and Broadband technologies (fixed and mobile)

Direct selling expertise, 'hunter' mentality. Knowledge of sales through channel to drive revenue.

Established contacts and strong knowledge of assigned territory. Must have established relationships and ability to network accordingly in order to generate new interest in target territory for product offerings.

Strong business acumen and professionalism. Leadership, accountability and self-starter qualities required

Excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a dynamic sales organization required
