McAfee recently launched as a standalone cybersecurity company with investment from TPG, Intel Corporation, and Thoma Bravo. McAfee is seeking to expand Corporate Development to support the evaluation and execution of transactions.
The Corporate Development team is responsible for building and executing McAfee’s inorganic growth strategy including M&A, joint venture, strategic OEM, and other forms of strategic partnership. The business has an established track-record of acquiring both public and private technology companies ranging from technology tuck-ins to larger, more transformative deals. The Corporate Development team works in a highly integrated fashion with business teams to source and identify potential acquisitions, present proposals to executive leadership, build financial models and valuations, conduct due diligence, negotiate and close transactions, build post-acquisition operating plans, and monitor progress against key value drivers.
The Sr. Manager, Corporate Development will work actively on all stages of the deal process and will play a particularly central role in the analysis of potential deals. The role requires close interaction with the SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development as well as senior executives throughout the company on a wide array of business issues. The individual will be the primary liaison to McAfee’s finance function. This person will have a significant opportunity to impact the growth, direction and future of McAfee.
