Job Description

A.  License Compliance Services (LCS) Program:

  • Create, develop and implement the LCS program to identify and book compliance revenue
  • Work with Sales, Channel and Database teams to identify potential out of compliance customers
  • Act as in intermediary with Customer, Sales, Legal, Database, Marketing, Product Management, Channel, Finance and McAfee customers to find resolution to customer contractual and compliance issues.
  • Maintain high level of customer focus (internal/external) regarding sensitivity of customer audits
  • Coordinate activities between Global Compliance Auditing, Legal, R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing, etc., to bring closure to specific issues
  • Inform senior management of escalated or sensitive audit results, compliance risks, and recommendations for corrective actions
  • Collaborate with McAfee database and IT departments to develop and generate reports, Dashboards, publish metrics on data analysis, and compliance revenue for distribution
  • Implement, manage and monitor compliance processes in alignment with corporate, regional, country and local requirements
  • Conduct partner audits (Distribution, partner and OEM) to prevent under reporting, conducting gray market sales, utilizing unauthorized replicators, or back-door selling
  • Coordinate product development and engineering teams to continue development and revisions of McAfee customer and partner audit tools and instructions (ePO)
  • Interacts with end-users in relation to the audit process (both targeted and  high volume)
  • Facilitate a method for Sales to review all end user accounts to be audited and gains formal approvals from Sales

B. Experience Required:

  • Experience with global software licensing
  • 3-5 years esperience on software sales, compliance or maintenance experience

C. Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • Highly proficient collaborator with the ability to influence cross functional teams
  • Ability to create written policies procedures and see through them through implementation
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process improvement champion and advocate of change
