- Pre-sales engineering support to the Inside Sales organization.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with the relevant stakeholders in channel partners and end-customers.
- Remote delivery of solution presentations and demonstrations.
- Own and respond to RFP's and proposals.
- Remote delivery of installation and commissioning services supporting 'Proof-of-Concept' trials.
- Update and deliver training to Inside Sales organization as per assigned business units.
- Scope and specify relevant consulting and education for customers and partners.
- Build a close working relationship with the field sales organization, Field SE, Account Managers and Solution Architects.
- Develop and maintain technology and product knowledge for assigned business units.
- Development of professional and personal skills, as relates to major function, related technologies, product and career advancement.
Fluent French is a must-have for this role
