Job Description

Direct short-term and long-range planning to support strategic business goals. Own the operating plan for the business, and track results through KPIs and Product Line QBRs. Orchestrate staff, plan and lead bi-weekly staff meetings and quarterly operations reviews. Represent VP-PM as required-Lead the cross-functional coordination for the product line. Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating procedures to support overall policies and objectives for the business. In concert with other functional leads, drive the execution of technology strategy, partnerships, and external relationships. Direct business operations to meet budget and other financial goals. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategy development. Manage special project execution as needed.


Experience working with senior executives on complex problems. Excellent interpersonal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning. Strong business acumen with the ability to work with multiple functions such as R&D, PM, Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance, HR, etc. Demonstrated ability to understand technology and market trends and contribute to translating these into strategic imperatives. Ability to drive results in a matrix organization. Advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred and at least 8 yrs. of experience in technology. Travel up to 30%.
