Objectives may include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management. Works strategically with the sales team. Performs account responsibilities with existing and/or new customers through outbound calls. Identifies key decision makers, determines customer needs, and explains alternative Intel products and services to customers. Recommends most suitable product or service, identify features and benefits, overcome customer objections and close sales. Should be able to cross-sell or up-sell each and every account as appropriate. May direct customers to company web sites or other company resources for information. Sends marketing and sales literature to prospective clients and visits customers occasionally. Qualifies new sales leads, sets up and manages discovery calls in collaboration with Field Sales Representatives, and supports qualified lead conversions. Provides tradeshow support. Defines, creates, and delivers outbound marketing campaigns. Maintains relevancy to Intel products and solutions by participating in webinars, social media, discovery calls, and engineering training. Schedules qualified prospect meetings/demos for Field Sales Representatives. Works closely with Intel geo SMG field sales teams to drive customer adoptions of Intel SW and services. Develop relationships internally with XPG¿s and various stakeholders.
