Job Description

The marketing & monetization manager will be part of the Direct, OEM, Retail Business Unit and will hold the role for growing the acquisition channel in Latin America, by opening new Digital channels thus growing existing ones, which demands knowledge of PC and Digital market in the region as well in managing global partnerships.

This position also manages budget allocation and execution as well as global agencies. It is also a must of this role to provide analytical inputs of areas of opportunities/improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital Campaigns planning and execution thru direct and Indirect channels (partner) meaning planning, agencies briefing, campaign implementation, follow up and tracking
  • Management of digital agencies to deliver best in class campaigns contributing for business results
  • Analysis and report of all digital campaigns results for Top Management
  • Complete content generation/growth opportunity reports for different target marketing countries and partners
  • Develop plans focused in customer base growth and retention leveraging marketing automation tools to improve monetization and acquisition performances
  • Measure and analyze all marketing programs and incorporate key learning’s into future iterations to further drive growth and retention
  • Engage with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to define usability requirements and product based messaging for partner builds as well as auditing systems to point breaks in UX that can damage NPS
  • Interact with Global teams in an effective way to roll global programs locally, thus enhance local program based on Global learnings and best practices
  • Develop marketing strategies, gather program requirements, create requirements document and launch campaigns for different partners in Latin America region


Qualifications

Do Not About you:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Have 8-10 years of related experience in marketing, business Intelligence, Digital marketing operations preferably with relevant experience in Multinational Software/Hardware IT company
• Strong multiskilled set for speed and fast execution, with superb analytical ability and spread sheeting capabilities
• Experience working across a range of marketing channels, including online, retail, and channel marketing
• Experience in managing LTAM consumer market is desired
• Familiarity of local digital media players, influencers and hunters
• Highly self- motivated and object-oriented self-starter
• Proficient in Portuguese and English; proven Spanish is a plus
• Values discipline, humbleness, team work and honesty
• Excellent project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Excel strong knowledge is a must. AEM, Adobe Analytics and Test & Target knowledge is a plus
