Job Description

Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets within a specified territoryTrack, forecast and co-ordinate and report on sales opportunitiesEnd user opportunity development - Identify and develop successful long-term opportunities alongside managed partners to grow new business for Intel SecurityBe a Champion for specific, identified products to win market share for those productsResponsible for driving incremental demand creation effort with customers for developing Intel Security products, solutions, or services. Identifies potential customers, initiating a sales relationship, preparing and presenting a solution, and finalizing the sales process. Leverage internal technical resources as needed to meet customer solution requirements. Has a understanding of the portfolio of Intel security products and solutions and introduces potential customers to these products and solutions. Analyzes the customer environment to understand customer needs and collaborates with technical resources to provide expertise as needed to meet customer requirements. Works closely with customers to drive POC's and/or various GTM activities. Upsells/cross sell intel products and solutions based on customer need. Has decisionmaking/negotiating authority within generally defined guidelines with some room for interpretation. Generates demand with resellers and enduser customers and growing mindshare, product awareness, and business relationships. ers.


Qualifications

10-15 years of work experience in IT product Sales.You must have experience with direct selling of software solutions, experience in the security sector desirable though not mandatoryYou must have a managed the territory in the sales role for at least 3 years. A track record of bringing in new customers and logo's and the ability to expand our presence in existing accountsDemonstrable track record in managing high value sales transactionsMust have excellent sales, negotiation, influential selling skills and C-Level relationship building skillsCompetent and experienced in the application of Target Account Selling methodology or other Sales/Business methodologiesExperience in selling through a channel model is also importantUnderstands the market issues and trends affecting business and use of ITSelf-motivated and disciplined with a determined attitude to succeed
