- Identify content needs and propose creative new ways to tell the McAfee story. Work closely with key stakeholders, including office of the CTO, product & solutions marketing, sales, domain and technical experts to create compelling content targeting a specific buying center/persona.
- Research, write, and edit content, including but not limited to whitepapers, blog posts, ebooks, social media posts, video scripts, infographics, emails, interactive content and web copy.
- Review program/campaign objectives, messaging, product and solution customer benefits to build and execute on end to end marketing and competitive programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline.
- Work with product management and marketing team to understand products, solutions, the roadmap and competitor's strengths/weaknesses.
- Create content using templates and guidelines to adhere to brand, customer journeys, targeted personas and creative platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with Editorial Leader to develop the content plan, editorial calendar and schedule content production & asset creation with Content Operations.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing & Media teams as the editor in chief for content published via web, search and social.
- Collaborate with the Global Demand Center to feed content into our demand generation and nurture engine across the buyer’s journey including customer acquisition, customer success, cross-sell, up-sell and renewals.
- Measure and report on content performance, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to enable optimization.
