Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Engineer should be specialized in enterprise gateway security products like IPS/IDS, Web Proxy, SIEM, e-Mail security, Network DLP etc.
  • Troubleshoot Security product issues of high complexity by quickly isolating and resolving issues.
  • Act as a Single point of contact for each Customer reported Incident (manage, troubleshoot, resolutions)
     

Desired Skills:

  • 3-7 year of experience in Network Security domain.
  • Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/ IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL.
  • Knowledge on OS: Linux, Windows Server is mandatory.
  • Knowledge on DB will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of handling network down situations - - this role will be handling S1/ S2 Service.
  • Requests with limited supervision. 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication & Strong documentation skills.
  • Ready to work on 24/7 support center.
     

Preferred Certifications:

  • CCNA, CCSP, CEH, RHEL 
     

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech, B.Sc/Diploma (Computer Science).
