Position description Channel Technical Enablement Engineers (CTEE) are directly responsible for enabling peer Sales Engineering teams from McAfee's external channel partner organizations in the sales and technical delivery of McAfee solutions to end-customers. What you'll do The CTEE works closely with sales engineering and channel management to closely align partner enablement processes/tools/materials with McAfee's global channel strategies and have overall responsibility for the global direction, creation, and delivery of technical presales enablement resources to these partner Sales Engineering teams. CTEEs have hands-on responsibility for the delivery of training via onsite, live online distance based, and recorded mediums, as well as in architecting solution lab environments at partner sites to include McAfee technologies for them to both learn from and demonstrate to their own customers. The main focus to enable our partner lies on: Develop and deliver training content for partners Develop and maintain a technically competent presales workforce Help to correctly identify customers' opportunities to achieve compelling business outcomes across the entire portfolio of McAfee Group Mentor partners throughout


Qualifications

Must have High school qualification at a minimum Strong interest and passion for IT Security with a few years of experience in working in that field Some Pre-Sales or Professional Services experience or equivalent partner or customer facing role Experience with running workshops and trainings Knowledge of /experience in working with channel partner organisations
