While working with the stakeholders to make recommendations and identify programs which will have direct impact to the business goals and strategies.<br/><br/>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<br/><br/>- Build close relationships with principle business and functional stakeholders<br/><br/>- Create metrics and manage performance impact measurement process for learning solutions.<br/><br/>- Cross functional collaboration with other business & regional HR and Learning resources<br/><br/>- Define learning objectives to support business performance improvement<br/><br/>- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, lab exercises, discussions for McAfee security products & solutions &#8211; including hosting, coordinating and facilitating the activity.<br/><br/>- Deliver McAfee sales, sales process and product courses &#8211; working with Subject Mater Experts by coordinating and hosting the event<br/><br/>- Conduct student assessments and testing<br/><br/>- Configuration & preparation of classroom environment<br/><br/>- Assessment of student participation, performance, and classroom behavior<br/><br/>- Work alongside sales management on coaching and mentoring new hires<br/><br/>- Provide feedback to managers on new hires strengths and weaknesses<br/><br/>- Assist in the continuing development and improvement of the sales career development plan.<br/><br/>- Requires some travel (up to 15%) to support Global Sales Learning & Development Team with Sales Program activities<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>PERSON SPECIFICATION<br/><br/>- Proven track record of working as a  learning solution specialist<br/><br/>- Significant experience in the appropriate industry/business background, including proven experience relevant to functional assignment (e.g., inside sales)<br/><br/>- Proven training development, delivery, and project management skills<br/><br/>- Demonstrated training expertise via Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification from ASTD, CIPD or similar industry organisation, or equivalent training delivery experience<br/><br/>- MA (preferred) or BA plus successful business experience in sales/or sales training<br/><br/>McAfee, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC), is the world's largest dedicated security technology company.
