<item><title>Recruitment Business Partner Job (Dubai Internet City, AE)</title><description><![CDATA[<b>About the Role and Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>Location: UAE, Dubai<br/><br/>Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition, as the Senior Recruitment Business Partner you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment for our Emerging Markets Region and leading our EMEA Professional Services recruitment and/or projects on behalf of line managers, Directors and VPs.<br/><br/>The position also entails working at a strategic level with senior management to best align the recruitment needs of the function or location, build and then execute on those plans.
