· Establish and maintain coordination with applicable local, state, federal and international security entities and law enforcement and investigative agencies in conjunction with McAfee EMEA goals, objectives and operational requirements.

· Responsible for, manage and oversee all security functions, activities and personnel supporting EMEA regional government contracts, efforts and requirements

· Develop, coordinate, implement and administer all policies, procedures and guidance required to support EMEA security functions, operations, activities and cleared facilities.

· Oversee, implement and manage standardized equipment, installation and support agreements for all McAfee EMEA offices.

· Manage all EMEA guard force support agreements and operations.

· Conduct investigations in support of EMEA security, legal, human resources and administrative requirements.

· Conduct physical security site surveys and inspections to determine EMEA facility security status and recommend measures necessary to bring into/maintain compliance with existing policies, procedures and local and legal requirements.

· Develop and provide security documentation in response to and in support of proposal and contractual requirements.

· Responsible for the development and conduct of all EMEA security training efforts required to support both company, contractual and government mandated requirements.

· Coordinate with company business unit and department heads to ensure they are kept appraised of current, and forthcoming, physical security activities, policy changes or procedures that may affect their EMEA operations.

· Establish and implement EMEA security training initiatives to provide employees with a standardized set of guidance to be utilized for the protection of personnel and property.

· Implement and maintain all physical security measures required to support and meet EMEA compliance and certification requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Minimum of ten years progressive experience in all areas of physical and personnel security and investigations with at least five years’ experience in a regional, corporate level, senior management position.

- Bachelors’ degree, preferably in criminal justice or security management. Additional security experience and skills acceptable a substitute.

- Multiple professional certifications desired.

- Excellent communications skills at all levels of management.

- Proficient in the use of the MS Office package - Word, Excel, Power Point.

- Must be familiar with access control systems and functions, CCTV, guard force management, security operations and functions on an international scale.

- Able to function independently, under pressure and perform multiple functions and duties with no supervision or guidance.

- Knowledge of multiple government security requirements and procedures preferred.

Performance Indicators:

- Annual MBO attainment per plan.

- Development and initiation of a definitive Regional Security Program.

- Satisfactory completion and implementation of tasked requirements.

- Improved global security posture.

About the Role:


As a senior technology leader and architect, you will focus on the following:

1. Understand, articulate, and shape MacAfee’s mobile technology strategy, aligning it and influencing MacAfee’s mobile business strategy in the process.
2. Architect, design, lead, and bring to deployment new product ideas, both disruptive and sustaining innovation, on all mobile operating systems (android, iOS, Windows phone 8). Focus areas will include both software solutions and hardware-integrated capabilities (firmware). Work may include operating system internals and firmware but is primarily focused on application, user interface and network services.
3. Be a thought leader in the area of innovation, lead and mentor an innovation enclave within the mobile engineering team, and produce/maintain a stable pipeline of viable innovations. Collaborate and interact with Intel senior technologist on the areas of relevance to increase the synergy and take advantage of Intel HW. Leverage Intel innovation assets (human resources, market research material, etc.) when generating innovation for McAfee

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills & Education:

- Solid Experience with Android
- Understanding of Android internals.
- Solid understanding of Java Development
- Design and develop client/UI applications for the various mobile operating systems

- Experience in using source code version control like Sub Version
- Should be a strong team player.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and respond to changing requirements and environment.
- Candidate should have Under-Graduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Graduate degree in a similar field would be an asset.

- Experience with Mobile Security products
- Experience in modern software engineering processes like agile, test-driven development
