You will be expected to develop strategic customers and channel partners working on your own initiative and through the team in the region whilst acting as the focal point and figurehead for McAfee and customers in the region both internally and externally.<br/><br/>Main Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets<br/>- Lead the development and implementation of sales and market strategy for continued growth of the business<br/>- Lead, manage and develop the sales team within the country if applicable<br/>- Achieve/exceed Frances quarterly sales targets<br/>- Lead from the front and win enterprise deals with large customers<br/>- Develop top customers and partners within France (new ones as well as existing ones)<br/>- Develop strategies and tactics and implement them to grow average order values and to shorten sales life-cycle<br/>- To screen the designated markets for potential customers, implement the sales/acquisition strategy and plan for these<br/>- Manage, develop and coach the sales team to build on success and to achieve the planned revenue growth rates where applicable<br/>- Develop and gain sign-off to sales and marketing plans in support of the objectives for France in cooperation with the EMEA senior management team and implement the plan<br/>- Assist the Sales VP in the planning and setting of future sales growth targets for the region<br/>- Develop an excellent, disciplined, efficient, and effective system of doing business to maximise profits<br/>- Develop strategic client relationships, develop and maintain profitable relationships with customers and channel partners<br/>- Preparation and execution of the annual sales budgets for sales in the region, incl. development of plans to achieve these budgets<br/>- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives; manage and control sales pipelines, funnel and sales processes, sales reporting (in line with Target Account Selling)<br/>- Work closely with the other functions in EMEA and international to bring the right momentum into the sales process to achieve positive visibility in technical, services and support area in order to support the closing of the deals<br/>- Support the sales team in prospect and customer situations directly and indirectly, when required.<br/>- In conjunction with the marketing team plan and execute sales lead generation activities (campaigns, events)<br/>- To actively seek out customer, market and competitor positioning in order to feed into future group sales and marketing strategy for the designated sector<br/>- Maintain market and competitive awareness<br/>- Work closely with the other internal teams to achieve customer success and satisfaction (on regional as well as European and worldwide level)<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>- People management & leadership Skills<br/>- Successful sales track record<br/>- Strong knowledge of local region<br/>- Strong relationships up to CIO levels within customer base<br/>- Good verbal and written communication skills<br/>- Planning and organisational skills<br/>- Technology awareness<br/>- Good presentation skills<br/>- Ability to influence departmental management teams<br/>- Proven problem solving skills<br/>- Demonstrable track record of high value sales.<br/>- Understanding of and demonstrable track record of utilising a recognised sales methodology.<br/>- Engages management up to C and Board level within a client base to enhance political alignment.<br/>- Experienced, competent and comfortable with Board Level negotiations.<br/>- Works closely with and understands how to engage members of the technical services and professional services organisation early in the sales cycle.<br/>- Understands the market issues and trends affecting business and use of IT.<br/>- Experience working with the Channel and System Integrators.<br/>- Software background. Security sector experience is desirable.<br/>- Must be computer literate with email, Internet, word processing and spreadsheets.<br/>- Fluent in English<br/>- Clear, accurate and concise reporting.<br/><br/>The successful applicant will be subject to background checking.
