We are responsible for the cost, quality and delivery of McAfee’s award-winning hardware and software products, supplier sourcing and spend management. We provide leadership in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, New Product Introduction, Technical Operation, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Facilities and Travel. Our key challenge is to maintain production within specific guidelines to achieve Best-In-Class production efficiency, cost, on time delivery and control of inventory.
