HOW WE HIRE

At McAfee, we constantly strive to innovate, achieve excellence, practice inclusion, and keep our customers at our core. We know this starts by hiring exceptional people who share these values. Here’s what you can expect once you apply and our recruiting team goes to work:

Step 1

Our recruiters review resumes submitted in response to advertised positions. You took the time to apply, so we’re going to take the time to review it.

Step 2

Recruiters then forward the resumes/CVs of qualified applicants to the hiring manager for review.

Step 3

Applicants who most closely fit the position criteria can expect the recruiter to contact them and schedule a combination of phone and in-person interviews.

Step 4

Following the interviews, McAfee determines whether or not to extend an employment offer or contract to the applicant.

We ask for your patience during this process, as it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
