When you submit your resume/CV, our recruiting team goes to work:
Our recruiters review resumes submitted by applicants in response to advertised positions. You took the time to submit your information, so we’re going to take the time to review it against a position’s requirements.
Recruiters then forward the resumes/CVs of qualified applicants to the hiring manager for review.
The applicants with requisite experience who most closely meet the criteria for the position are contacted by the recruiter, and scheduled into our interview process, which generally involves a combination of phone and in-person interviews.
Following the interviews, McAfee determines whether or not to extend an employment offer or contract to the applicant.
We ask for your patience during this process, as it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
