Job Title:Technical Support Engineer
Role Overview:Technical Support Engineer with 4+ years of product troubleshooting experience.

About the role :
Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
4 or more years’ work experience in a Technical Support role, preferably product support.
Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and customer management skills.
Act as a Single point of contact for each Customer reported Incident (manage, troubleshoot, resolutions). Handle the Service Requests from cradle to grave & with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal, written communication & Strong documentation skills.
Excellent understanding of Perfmon, WinDBG, Filemon, Procmon, Process explorer, TCP/IP.
Exposure to Antivirus products is a plus.
Willingness to work on 24/7 support center. Willingness to work in any shift and weekends.
