Role Overview:

Join our Elite Product support team to handle Enterprise Network Support. Handling Network Security products is highly complex. APAC Center covers weekends and US holidays.

About the role:

  • Engineer would be specialized in enterprise Network Security products like IPS/IDS, ATD etc
  • Troubleshoot Security product issues of high complexity by quickly isolating and resolving issues
  • Act as a Single point of contact for each Customer reported Incident (manage, troubleshoot, resolutions)
  • Work closely with the Advanced team, Product Engineering team, Sales Team to identify the high visibility customers and resolve critical issues on priority
  • Document all technical issues, analysis and communications with the customers and ensure clear documentation

About you:

  • 4 or more years of experience in Network Security domain
  • Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL
  • Knowledge on OS: Linux, Windows Server is mandatory
  • Knowledge on DB will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of handling network down situations - this role will be handling S1/S2 Service Requests
  • Handle the Service Requests from cradle to grave & with minimal supervision
