Role Overview:

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for operations and quality management of McAfee’s EMEA Region Payroll and related compliance with the other members of the regional team. This role will have a specific focus on countries located within the EMEA region, but may have additional regional responsibilities, as well.  Distinct examples of this role’s responsibility include Managing Regular Payroll, Multiple Variable Pay programs, Foreign Assignment Payroll, Mergers and Acquisitions, Payroll Tax, Timekeeping, and Terminations.

About the role:

  • Ensure employees are paid on time, accurately and compliantly throughout the EMEA region
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers in collating and validating data for processing
  • Ensure all payroll regulatory filings are completed in line with statutory timelines
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees, Finance and HR partners across the region.
  • Prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records.

    About you: 

  • Experience in an EMEA payroll processing role with exposure to international and high-volume payrolls
  • Knowledge of payroll processing including benefits administration and statutory payroll regulations;
  • ADP and Workday experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (business administration, human resources, finance or a related field) with 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
  • 2nd European Language desirable
