Job Title:Inside Sales Account Manager - Finnish ( Remote)
Role Overview:As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will report directly to the Manager, Commercial Sales and you will sell McAfee products to a defined set of accounts. You will perform Inside Sales/Account Management responsibilities, and target new greenfield customers by a variety of means using phone, email and social media along with campaigns targeted at customers and markets where opportunities exist.

- Sell company products (through distribution channels) and performing account management responsibilities to existing customers, andgenerate new customers by outbound calls or internet engagement with qualified leads.
- Identify decision makers, determine customer needs, and explain product/service alternatives.
- Recommend the most suitable products/service, identify features and benefits, overcome customer objections, and close sale.
- Attempts to cross-sell or up-sell each account and refers to other parts of the sales force.
- Inform and engage customers to motivate customers; urge action toward actual purchases with McAfee.
- Provide customer service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction through internal contact with sales or external contacts with distributors.

- Inside Sales Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience in the IT sector
- Business Development
- Good knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products and solutions.
- Demonstrate comfort performing live call-handling in an Inside Sales environment.
