Role Overview:Job Description Summary
Our "Pursuit team" Account Managers capture, and grow new account relationships and business opportunities for McAfee across North America. You will be focused on large, enterprise customers within a specified geographic territory, reporting directly to our Director of Sales, Net New Logo. You will work within a very well resourced, and high visibility team here to sell and deploy McAfee's revolutionary security vision. Our New Logo team is a critical part of our sales organization; you are the key to our success!

About the role:
- You will design, plan, and execute the "strategic pursuit" into new customers relationships.
- You will grow our client relationships in your territory, to introduce McAfee's products and services as the best security solutions for their needs
- You will meet NNL overall goals by exceeding your assigned individual MBO's.
- Create and influence relationships within your customers at every level and effectively position our solutions when discussing the impact McAfee will have with the security posture with these business leaders.
- You will effectively use financial metrics to meet your overall goal accomplishment and forecast your pipeline activity.
- Become an expert in your domain, develop appropriate technical expertise, understand your solutions and those of your competitors, and McAfee value proposition.
- Smartly explore multiple technology solutions and product offerings for our clients, to gain the support and acceptance of their teams.
- Partner with essential teams (Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal and others) and their leadership, in developing winning value propositions and sales strategies for our clients.
- Deliver high impact presentations and product demonstrations designed to showcase how McAfee's strategy/solutions can provide value to our customers, and more importantly, their end-users.
- Your background will include 6+ years experience in direct sales of software and services related products, with Enterprise/Large Corporate customers, experience selling software security solutions and cloud solutions is ideal.
- You have a natural passion for direct selling, a genuine 'hunter' mentality, which has resulted in success establishing new account relationships and exceeding quota accomplishment
- You are truly passionate about customer focus, being a trusted advisor and thrive in a dynamic sales organization
- You are an experienced Solution Seller in technology sales.
- You are a creative professional, understanding that one size does not fit all, and can build out true solutions to match the uniqueness of your customer.
- Simplicity: can you make complex issues easy to understand, and influence as needed at multiple levels, to include the executive.
