Forensic CX (Customer Experience) Analyst

Role Overview:

Reporting into the Voice of the Customer organization, the leader is seeking a multi-tasking, self-motivated individual who is eager to work in very fast-paced, energetic and results-driven work environment, to assume a Forensic Customer Experience Analyst type function to assist with compiling, analyzing and evaluating multiple complex data sources to identify trends and patterns.

The successful candidate will interact with many functions, including the sales organization, and will be expected to work closely with Finance, Channel Success, Partner Success, & Marketing teams in the process.

Own root cause analysis of identified customer impacting experiences. Own recurring meeting series, workshops and other sessions with agendas on these topics, solve problems effectively and help position the team for success.

You will be actively involved with development of reports, presentations, support materials.

You will develop strong, trust-based relationships, including key cross-functional leaders, and employees. You will work across organizations to accomplish goals.

About You:

  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Two (2) plus years of data modeling experience
  • Dashboard production skills, a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook & Teams experience
