As an experienced Sales Professional, you will act as the key Enterprise Account Manager for our customers in Philippines. We offer a fresh approach to ensure all organizations have security built into their DNA, with advanced detection, response, and remediation. New XDR product launches sets us on the path to re-define the future of cybersecurity around the globe.

This position is an integral part of the McAfee Enterprise business segment which was acquired by Symphony Technology Group (STG) in July 2021. McAfee Enterprise and its team members remain committed to keeping governments and enterprises safe. This position is dedicated to and part of the McAfee Enterprise business.

About the Role:

  • You will own the business development outcomes for the solution portfolio into a named account territory (existing and greenfield accounts). This involves orchestrating with an extended sales and pre-sales team, engaging with prospects on their current and future cyber security programs, building and maintaining a balanced pipeline, and aligning the strategy/priorities of your business with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • We are committed to partnering with the industry’s leading distributors, SI’s, MSSP’s and resellers. Great partnering is in our DNA and greatly extends the kinds of value we can deliver to the market. You will need to have expertise in and a strong reputation for collaborating with partners for long term success in achieving your specific account goals.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering high value sales and thought leadership. Proven success in building both senior and operational relationships.
  • You will enjoy establishing professional and deep relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
  • Lead account planning and strategy, financial targets and critical milestones for 1-3-year period.
  • Grow a deep understanding of customer's business environment, always assess, clarify and validate customer needs.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs and generating pipeline.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate team members such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Deliver accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.

About you:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the Internet Security Industry or adjacent sectors selling into Large Enterprise Accounts in the Philippines. Tertiary degree preferred.
  • You will be eager to learn new technology and products, embracing the training opportunities that McAfee offers.
  • You enjoy running your business efficiently and accurately. You appreciate using modern sales CRM tools and account planning methodologies. You are a natural collaborator who enrolls a virtual team to drive customer success and delight in your accounts.
  • We play a significant role in many of our customers cyber security programs. You understand how to communicate in the boardroom to senior execs as well as to architecture, operations, and procurement teams.
  • Security can be complicated, and the threat landscape changes fast. You will be a continuous learner who has a strong appetite for internal as well as external knowledge. It’s this knowledge, and ability to help solve their real-world cyber challenges and anticipate those in the future which makes the difference.
