Job Title:Software Sales Account Rep

As Trusted adviser, reporting to the Sales Manager for the region and working remote from our federal district, you will sell McAfee products (through distribution channels) and performing account management responsibilities to existing customers, and generating new customers by many ways of engagements with qualified leads for the Brazilian Market Identify decision makers, determine customer needs, and explain product/service alternatives. Recommend the most suitable products/service, identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, closes sale and prepares appropriate documentation. Attempts to cross-sell or up-sell each account and refers to other parts of the Salesforce. Inform and engage with your customers using techniques to motivate customers; urge action toward actual purchases with McAfee technology. Deep knowledge about government procurement process including laws that regulates those processes.

About the role:
- Make inroads in new accounts. Build client relationships in your specified territory, to effectively introduce McAfee's products as the best security solutions for that account. Help support the goals by meeting your assigned Sales Quota.
- Create relationships within your client account at every level. Engage with senior decision makers and influences and be comfortable when discussing the growth of our strategy and solutions.
- Understand key financial metrics and what they mean to your overall goal accomplishment and ability to accurately forecast pipeline activity.
- Become an expert in your domain, develop appropriate technical expertise, understanding your solutions and your competitors.
- Effectively explore multiple technology solutions and alternative product offerings for clients, to gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
- Partner with key teams (Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal and others) and their leadership, in developing winning value propositions and sales strategies for clients.
- Deliver high impact presentations and product demonstrations designed to showcase how McAfee's strategy/solutions can provide value to the client, and more importantly, their end users.
- Build a strong pipeline through careful execution of demand generation activities, with weekly update on what was recently generated and how you're maturing leads from previous weeks.
- Your background will includes experience selling software and services related products, into large Enterprise/Fortune 500 accounts, experience selling software security solutions and cloud solutions would be a significant plus
- Your passion for direct selling, has resulted in establishing new account relationships and driving quota accomplishment
- Operate in a dynamic sales organization
