Job Title:Regional Sales Specialist Lead, Cloud
McAfee is looking for a dynamic and motivated sales specialist to lead our MVISION Cloud line of business. The Regional Sales Specialist is the role model for McAfee’s Cloud business across Asia, enrolling the sales teams through your ability to develop and drive customer success in large Enterprise business. You will be part of our dynamic McAfee Team, together with our Asian sales teams and regional leadership.

- You have experience with large account acquisition expertise selling a cloud portfolio.
- You have a pedigree of incubating businesses and building a large pipeline within the region, and closing 7 figure accounts.
- You have expertise and an established credibility in developing well-performed territory plans, building new business portfolios, and achievement.
- You have comfort with specialist sales environment, coaching, speeding and leading the Cloud Sales GTM. You are a warrior and at times challenging the status-quo.
- You love competition and play to win!
- 8+ years of a successful track record selling cybersecurity and networking technologies (Proxies, NGFW, Threat Protection). Understanding of Web, data protection, and SaaS experience
About the role
- You will establish and foster Channel Partner relationships.
- You will manage Pre-existing relationships with CSP’S and key resellers
- You will sell at senior level for concept oriented services or software in F500 accounts.
- You will win key accounts and exceed targets.
- You see sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently.
- You will coach scale, consistency, and hunger in sales teams and regional leadership in a line of business
- You will report to the sales director.
