About the role:
Objectives will include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management.
Responsible for driving incremental demand creation effort with customers for developing McAfee ENT products, solutions, or services.
Identifies potential customers, initiating a sales relationship, preparing and presenting a solution, and finalizing the sales process.
Leverage internal technical resources as needed to meet customer solution requirements. Has an understanding of the McAfee portfolio, especially Cloud, and introduces potential customers to our solution portfolio.
Analyzes the customer environment to understand customer needs and collaborates with technical resources to provide expertise as needed to meet customer requirements.
Works closely with customers to drive POC's and/or various GTM activities.
Upsells/cross sell intel products and solutions based on customer need.
Has decision-making/negotiating authority within generally defined guidelines with some room for interpretation.
Generates demand with resellers and end-user customers and growing mind-share, product awareness, and business relationships.
You will have lots of experience prospecting and winning large Enterprise new business and a great network of contacts both within the customer and partner/CSP networks.

Adept at managing a virtual team who is backing you all the way! You’re a self-starter with previous account acquisition expertise selling a cloud portfolio and look for opportunities to increase your subject matter expertise in cyber-security specifically and selling in general.
You have a pedigree of building businesses and consistent overachievement. Ultimately you love to compete and win!
6 or more years selling with a track record of new business acquisition.
Although the role will be MBO based in Year 1, it would be preferable for candidates to demonstrate at least 2 years track record of over $US1.5M new business sales per annum and $USM+ Platform Wins.
Experience of selling at senior level for concept orientated services or software.
Experience of winning key accounts and exceeding targets.
Worked with procurement processes, ITT, bid management, RFI, RFPs and supporting the value propositions and pitch strategy.
Present at bids or board rooms.
You see sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently.
Used to working as a part of a group and capable of orchestrating internal assets and resources to minimize time to sale.
