The role: Consumer Sales Manager France

Consumer Sales Manager manages partners relationships on behalf of McAfee and creates and delivers value added solutions based on the entire suite of McAfee Consumer products. The role involves develop national partnerships with telcos, retailes and oem channels with presence in the country creating a long term strategic relationship, while idnetifying and closing new business opportunities based on the solutions deliverable today.

Work Location: Paris McAfee office

As a Sales Manager for France a typical day might include following:

  • Responsible for quota of the France consumer business, reporting into Head of EMEA.
  • Analyzes, develops, and implements sales strategy across all channels in France to attain company strategic objectives
  • Responsible for customer acquisition, client retention, and market expansion for the company
  • Drives revenue growth for new and renewing business
  • Develops strategic plan, quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning
  • Proactively manages local field team talent and pipeline, including attracting, identifying, developing, rewarding, managing and coaching
  • Designs and implements required sales organization structure to achieve optimal results
  • Leads accounts in the territory in finding new opportunities and see ways to improve processes to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience
  • Contribute to best practices across EMEA Sales Theatre
  • Works effectively across other functional teams such as Legal, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Support and Finance

Qualifications and Expirence:

  • Deep understanding of France market
  • 20+ years of experience selling software and services and ‘building new markets or businesses’, especially related to Consumer and SMB segment
  • Strong engagement and relationships at CxO level in France with Telcos and/or Retailers
  • Vast experience developing, implementing and managing strategic plans & growth strategies
  • Track record of success in opening new markets, building a pipeline, closing business, and mentoring a field sales team in France
  • Successful experience negotiating large contracts, with ability to work in a matrix environment and across multiple internal partners (Legal, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Executive Leadership Team) to drive desired business results
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve, and apply critical thinking to inform recommendations and decision-making
  • Must be skilled in working with cross-functional virtual teams in remote locations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Frequent travel is required
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
