Job Title: Human Resources Operations Program Manager

Role Overview

McAfee is seeking an HR Program Manager to be a key member of the Human Resources team. In this role, you will partner with the entire HR Organization to support programs and create tools to improve processes that will enhance the employee experience and culture at McAfee. You must be a forward-thinking and dynamic professional, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, make informed decisions, influence at all levels of the organization and deliver achievable and measurable results. The ideal candidate should not only be passionate about delivering meaningful solutions, but also develop rigorous goal-setting and continuous improvement disciplines. This role reports to the Head of HR Operations and Chief of Staff for McAfee HR.

About the Role

  • Lead key HR initiatives and programs
  • Assist in the program coordination and tactical execution of Human Resources programs  
  • Partner with the organization to coordinate, track and measure results of our initiatives
  • Participates in strategic initiatives and reporting results
  • Organizes a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time
  • Hold the organization accountable for meeting milestones of projects
  • Earn trust across a various level and establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert
  • Exhibit a proven track record of innovation
  • Measure programs and impact for ROI
  • Support special projects and other responsibilities
  • Calendar and schedule support for the Chief of Staff to the Chief of Human Resources Officer

About You

  • Superior project management skills, particularly with respect to organization, prioritization, and time management.  PMP and Scrum Maters certs desired and apprecaited but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines, while always paying very close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to follow-through and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently 
  • Demonstrated track record of coordinating and executing programs taking a highly organized PMP/Project Management approach
  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience using SharePoint and Jive collaboration platform
  • Working ability to positively model the organization's commitment to culture, integrity, values diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a respectful workplace
  • Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously, with limited oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
