Order Management team is seeking an Order Management Analyst in a full-time position. This person will work closely with teams from Sales, Deal Desk and Support regarding order processing, problem resolution, internal queries, order management activities and other projects as assigned.

Role / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for review, validation and approval of orders from multiple points of entry in compliance with department policies and procedures
  • Apply extensive ordering rules to order management tasks and complex orders
  • Ensure the order meets requirements stated in the Quoting Handbook and Price book
  • Become an expert on processing high dollar, complex orders
  • Review and validate supporting required documents (SOW, PO, Contracts) for accurate processing of orders
  • Ability to do critical analysis and recommend solutions in resolving complex issues
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Team player that can seamlessly work with cross functional teams

Technical Skills / Experience:

  • Detailed oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
  • Understanding of databases and how to extract / analyze data, and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Navigate multiple systems – including SAP
  • Proficient in using MS Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel tasks and meet deadlines
