Role Overview:

The Sales Strategy and Planning Intern will gain experience partnering with Regional Sales and Sales Ops Leadership to identify business challenges and opportunity for growth. As an intern, you will help innovate the next generation of Cyber Security Software Go-To-Market Strategy. This internship is based in Plano, TX and is from May 26th to August 14th 2020, full time in the summer.

About the Role

The Strategy and Planning Intern will be collaborating with Central and Regional Operational Teams to build reporting, analyze data, and to identify key insights and make recommendation to drive growth, improve efficiencies, and track performance.  You will have the opportunity to deliver impact by working on high priority management initiatives that are substantially transformative and “push the envelope” on sales models and programs to extend McAfee’s market leadership position. There may also be opportunities to present to senior leaders within the organization

About you

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or related major
  • Graduating between December 2020 and May 2021
  • Classes in professional sales and/or technology are preferred
  • Professional experience interacting with customers
  • Energetic, personable, resilient and responsive
  • Ability to perform data driven strategy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of business economics of sales
  • An attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results-driven and customer focused
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions (any visa) now or in the future
  • Must be able to commute to Plano, TX. Relocation packages are not provided.
