Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Market Research Analyst. As a Research Analyst, you’ll leverage your expertise and best-in-class study solutions to provide business insights that matter. Employees in this role are trusted advisers to the business and responsible for identifying consumer behaviors and market trends which will continuously inform the product strategy. The successful candidate will have hands-on skills in market or client research, including research design, and appropriate use of advanced research methods, use of common research tools and processes, end-to-end project planning, communications, problem solving, and consultative thinking.

This is a remote position based in the United States or Canada. We will only consider candidates in United States or Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About The Role

  • Collaboration with internal clients to appropriately scope research in support of key business objectives; advising on clear research questions and methodologies to effectively meet budget, scope, and timeline requirements

  • Application of quantitative and qualitative market research methods, including syndicated data panel analysis, in-depth interviews, survey design and analysis, and consumer trend watching

  • End to end execution of research projects including survey programming and testing, data collection, top-line analysis, reporting for impact, and ability to work with and manage external research vendors as needed

  • Creation of data visualizations and reports that aid in making industry and internal data understandable and actionable

  • Management of multiple projects in field, ensuring all are progressing and providing timely communication with stakeholders on progress and milestones

  • Collaboration with market research teammates to contribute to the delivery of timely, actionable insights to the business in the form of monthly or quarterly insights reports and readouts.

About You

  • 3-5 years progressive experience conducting consumer market research to evaluate consumer attitudes and behaviors, trends, and market dynamics

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to develop and present insights to cross-functional stakeholders

  • You work well and thrive in a fast-pace and high-growth environment
