Job Title:Senior Manager, Partner Marketing & Success - Remote
Role Overview:McAfee is looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Partner Marketing & Success to manage Go-to-Market strategy and marketing strategies for the PC-maker OEM channel. As a member of the Channel Marketing & Success team, you will be the leader of the global leader of the PC OEM channel, reporting to the Sr. Director of Channel Marketing & Success. This team will focus on driving customer journey optimization across the entire customer journey—channel, partner, & McAfee experiences—hyper focused on awareness, acquisition, activation, positive sentiment, and retention. You will be essential for McAfee to accelerate our growth with McAfee's partnerships by focusing on both the McAfee business and the joint end consumer in this unique B2B2C business model. You have experience working with all teams to improve outcomes that make the customer, the partner, and McAfee successful. We are looking for an experienced leader who makes data-driven decisions.
This is a remote position based in either the United States or Canada. We will only consider candidates in the United States or Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
You will lead the Global OEM Channel Marketing & Success (CM&S) team, focusing on growing the McAfee and Partner businesses
You will increase and expand McAfee's distribution advantage by growing the McAfee subscriber base by focusing on channel growth metrics and customer leading indicators
You will set OKRs, KPIs, and indicators to lead the team toward the north star metric of driving new subscribers
Account leadership across the entire partner lifecycle—presales, new business deals, and post sales Go to Market Strategy
You will influence McAfee's partners to provide the right experiences to improve activation, conversion, and retention
You will monitor relevant internal and channel partner data, making hypotheses, testing, and learning
You will manage dashboards for McAfee's channel & partner GTM programs including LTV/CAC, MDF performance, and new net subscriber growth
You will analyze all channel marketing programs and incorporate important insights into future iterations to further guide growth and retention
The position may require up to 10% travel
8+ years' experience in partner marketing, product management, product marketing, or account management in consumer technology products
You have experience working in technology GTM channels and ecosystems, like OEMs, Retailers, Ecommerce, ISPs, Telcos, or Mobile OEMs
You have experience managing change efforts and improve results through influence, persuasion, and relationships
You have a performance, T&L, & data-driven mindset
You have experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, or software products
You have excellent project management skills
You have excellent oral and written communication skills
