Senior Partner Marketing Manager, OEM - Remote

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Partner/Channel Marketing Manager with digital marketing experience to plan and execute channel specific marketing programs to drive growth through our top PC maker partnerships.

This role will interface with partners as well as a cross functional team to maximize acquisition marketing efforts, customer journeys and best in class go to market strategies.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a successful track record in online marketing, have a test and learn mindset, proficient with data and comfortable working in a partner environment. This role will be expected to develop and measure results for effective marketing strategies and plans to drive growth.

This is a remote position based in either the United States or Canada. We will only consider candidates in the United States or Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

This role will interface with partners as well as a cross functional team to maximize acquisition marketing efforts, customer journeys and best in class go to market strategies.

  • Plan and propose go-to-market, acquisition, and engagement strategies to top partners

  • Influence and collaborate with our partners to design and execute tactical plans that achieve mutual strategic goals based on data.

  • Work with UX and Product Management teams on the end-to-end user journeys optimizing the messaging, engagement, and monetization opportunities.

  • Understand key insights to drive test and learn experiments, leveraging partner and channel touchpoints

  • Be the interface to our partners to provide thought leadership and expertise

  • Understand the Partner's consumer marketing strategies, identify where & how McAfee adds value

  • Work cross functionally to bring new products and features to market with partners, enabling optimal monetization opportunities

  • Lead programming of targeted investments and campaigns, working closely with partners to execute, sharing best practices and successful strategies.

  • Develop campaign calendars, marketing toolkits and other resources to drive discoverability and engagement with users within partner environments. 

  • Deliver quarterly marketing plans to meet strategic goals and forecasts

  • Work closely with Partner Account Teams in aligning strategies and priorities, maximizing opportunities to retain the account base

  • Report on key partner performance metrics, new business opportunities and preparation of quarterly business reviews.

About you:

  • You have 8+ years of performance-based marketing experience, working in a software, or subscription business with partners a plus.

  • You have customer management experience with planning and executing go-to-market strategies and optimizing the customer journey.

  • You understand consumer behavior, web technology, optimization of conversion funnels, online subscriptions, web analytics, and merchandising.

  • You test & learn and use data to promote decisions.

  • You collaborate internationally across different teams.

  • You understand and work well within complexities of a global company.

  • You have proficiency working and visualizing data points and using them to drive actions and decisions.
