This is a commissioned software and services sales position - Objectives may include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management. Develops channel sales strategies, goals and objectives. Conducts regular sales reviews to ensure team alignment. Responsible for driving revenue through partners to develop Intel¿s business. Build and leverages successful relationships with senior reseller partners. Leverages business acumen to co-develop business plans supported by pipeline with reselling partners. Uses sales skills to co-selling and supporting reseller sales activities. Coordinates the involvement field sales engineering, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner requirements. Responsible for providing partner input to other Intel team members. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs while creating joint partner solutions by coordinating the involvement of all necessary Intel and partner personnel. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. (Good collaboration with all teams) Works closely with Intel geo SMG field sales & partner teams to drive customer adoptions of Intel SW and services. Develop relationships internally with XPG¿s and various stakeholders.
