Role Overview:

McAfee is looking to hire a dynamic and inspired sales specialist to lead our MVISION Cloud line of business. The Regional Sales Specialist is the figurehead for McAfee’s Cloud business across Asia, enrolling the sales teams through your ability to develop, close, and promote customer success in large Enterprise business. In doing so you will build scale, consistency, and hunger across our Asian sales teams and regional leadership.This role reports to our Director in Cloud Business.

About You:

You have previous large account acquisition expertise selling a cloud portfolio. You have a pedigree of incubating businesses and managing a large pipeline, and closing 7 figure accounts. You will have experience in developing well-executed territory plans, building new business portfolios within quick turnaround time, and overachieving.

You will be a sales specialist, coaching and leading the Cloud Sales GTM, at time challenging the status-quo. You love to compete and win; and have fun doing that!

About the role:


  • 8+ years of a successful track record selling cybersecurity and networking technologies (Proxies, NGFW, Threat Protection). Understanding of Web, data protection, and SaaS experience required.
  • Experience establishing and encouraging strong Channel Partner relationships. Pre-existing relationships with CSP’S and key resellers
  • Experience selling at senior level for concept oriented services or software in Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Experience in winning key accounts and exceeding targets.
  • You see sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently.
  • Used to coaching, and developing scale, consistency, and hunger in sales teams and regional leadership in a line of business.
