Person will be responsible for McAfee`s customer support operations for the Japan Theater:

About the Role:

  • The person need to work with call center located in Japan
  • Assist McAfee Tier 1 & Tier 2  call center operation
  • Assist consumer partner Tier 1 call center operation
  • Drive self-help by customer
  • These operations span multiple contact channels (Chat, Voice, Email, Web) & specialized queues to achieve optimum service delivery and partner SLA attainment.

About You:

  • Tier 3 function on Japan local issues
  • Interact with partners to drive self-resolution, including face to face meeting
  • Participate in process improvement planning and discussions
  • Writing and translating technical documents for both internal external audiences to drive self-help
  • Create/manage/present reports
