About the Role:

担当ディストリビュータを通じて、マカフィーのエンタープライズ製品の拡販を行う
・毎四半期のパイプラインと売り上げ予測
・担当ディストリビュータを通じてSIer、Nier、Resellerからマカフィーソリューションの販売支援(提案支援、トレーニングなど)
・パートナーのシニアレベルとのコミュニケーション
・個別のキャンペーン、MDFの提案を行い新規案件の創出
・新規パートナーの開拓

About You:

-Develops channel sales strategies, goals and objectives. Conducts regular sales reviews to ensure team alignment.

-Responsible for driving revenue through partners to develop McAfee’s business.

-Build and leverages successful relationships with senior reseller partners.

-Leverages business acumen to co-develop business plans supported by pipeline with reselling partners.

-Coordinates the involvement field sales engineering, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner requirements.

-Responsible for providing partner input to other McAfee team members.

-Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. --Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

-Works closely with McAfee geo SMG field sales & partner teams to drive customer adoptions of McAfee SW and services. Develop relationships internally with various stakeholders.
