This role will categorize and analyze the feedback from our customers based in Japan. The candidate will utilize the insights prepare summary reports based on existing templates to help the internal teams prioritize action to continually improve the experience for the customers in this region. Having a solid cultural understanding of Japan and Japanese consumer habits and trends would be an advantage.
