About the Role:

Partner Support Account Manager (PSAM) role is to minimize incoming SR, handle any support related troubles, and maximize customer satisfaction through the partners, not limited to Certified Support Partners.The PSAM will make win-win relationship between partner and McAfee by reviewing both performance periodically, and enhance customer experience though the partners.

About you:

*5 or more years experience with Tech Support

*3 years experience working directly with customers

* Business Level English and Native Japanese skills

・3年以上の法人のお客様またはパートナー様のアカウントマネージメント経験(Customer Success Manager, Support Account Manager, Technical Account Managerなど)

・ビジネス英語スキル TOEIC 730以上(US本社との会話ができるレベル)

・変化に対応できる人、リーダーシップと創造力をもって仕事に取り組める人

・パートナー様とのビジネス拡大の経験

■有れば望ましい要件:

・チームリーダーやマネージャなどマネージメント経験

・機密システムの担当、運用管理の経験

・クラウド全般の知識

・CompTIA Security+やCISSPなど情報セキュリティ関連の資格

・マルウェア、脆弱性、不正侵入などのセキュリティ対策に関する知識

・Windows/Linux OS全般の知識と構築およびチューニング経験
