You will report to the Manager of User Experience Research. We are open to hiring remotely or at one of our office locations in California, Texas or Ontario, Canada.

What you'll do

  • You will propose and conduct problem space research to inform product strategy 

  • You will lead high impact product discovery and product development research projects 

  • You will connect insights to previous findings, product analytics, market research, and support tickets

  • You will take the lead on understanding how research findings impact other workstreams in order to connect customer journeys 

  • You will grow the skills of less experienced researchers by mentoring them on projects and offering them support

About you

  • You're experienced with a breadth of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods; including semi-structured interviews, contextual field visits, card sorting, surveys and usability studies (live and remote) 

  • You have a proven track record of customer software research space 

  • You're always learning and maintaining a substantial knowledge of UX principles and theories

  • You have an ability to quickly build rapport, establish credibility with stakeholders 

  • You're skillful at interview facilitation 

  • You're able to connect research findings to business outcomes 

  • You have experience with lean experimentation and test & learn methodologies

For Colorado Residents the starting salary for this position is $94,710.00
