Job Title:Sr Quantitative UX Researcher

You will be the champion of numerical and statistical approaches to design research.

About the role
To achieve your goal, you’ll work closely with the data analytics team,designers,and design leadership. You will report to the manager of experience design. We are open to hiring remotely or at one of our office locations in California, Texas or Ontario, Canada.
You will work with experience design and cross-functional leaders to define and operationalize experience KPIs.
You will work closely with design, data analytics and product management to plan data collection, dashboards and reports to support tactical and strategic design decision-making.
You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on measuring and interpreting in-product behaviors.
You will promote data literacy within the design organization through individual consultations, workshops and articles.
You will collaborative with qualitative researchers to update and maintain user journey maps for key experiences.
You will tell stories with data and break down complex concepts for diverse audiences.
You are adept at descriptive statistics and basic inferential statistics including t-test and ANOVA.
You have experience in a programming language commonly used for data manipulation and computational statistics (such as Python, R, Matlab, Java or Go), and with SQL.
You’re familiar with either Tableau or Power BI.
You are proficient in online data instrumentation and path analysis. You’ve applied your skills to consumer software and are familiar with the needs and language of product design.
You are familiar with one of Medallia, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WalkMe, Amplitude Analytics.
You’re genuinely curious about the human story behind observations.
You have defined and operationalized metrics for design and/or product decision-making.
You are familiar with experimentation approaches for behavioral design.
