As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation by crafting and leading the delivery of best-in-class experiences for a variety of initiatives – both internal and external.  You thrive on helping teams visualize an experience in the abstract, dive into customer research and data analytics, break down highly complex business requirements, and use storytelling to masterfully communicate interaction and design concepts to a diverse stakeholder audience. About the Role

  • Deliver extraordinary end-to-end experiences for internal and external products based on customer research, data analytics, and industry trends
  • Lead complex projects in parallel while reviewing and critiquing the design quality for smaller projects
  • Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to explore multiple concepts with clear user goals and testable hypotheses
  • Create user flows, journey maps, interaction patterns, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards, design specs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Participate in design sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and lean product testing
  • Measure and present actual UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Champion a mobile-first design strategy to deliver responsive, consistent, and seamless experiences across all digital devices
  • Partner with program managers to scope UX projects for efficient delivery while maintaining high standards for design
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers

About You 

  • Obsessed about the customer experience (CX), never settling for good enough and inspiring others on the team to do the same
  • BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Information Design, Graphic Design or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 6+ years professional experience driving UX designs for large-scale digital products for leading brands
  • A stunning portfolio that displays a spectrum of innovative design solutions from concept to launch
  • Current and demonstrable skills in multiple areas of UX design (research, IA, interaction & visual)
  • Strong track record of building clean design artifacts (user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and documentation) under tight deadlines
  • Hands-on experience working in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve prototypes quickly
  • Mastery of standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Principle, Adobe CS, and Invision)
  • Early adopter who enjoys staying current on technology, design, and industry trends
  • Experience with lean experimentation and test & learn (T&L) methodologies
  • Comfortable working with virtual teams across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Highly proactive, willing to take ownership, requires limited oversight
  • Excellent written, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Meticulous eye for detail
