With over 15 years of experience across marketing, design, and development, Sancheeta brings a unique blend of creativity and technical fluency to her work. She’s spent the last seven years growing within McAfee — evolving from a subject matter expert in email marketing to a strategic leader on the Retention team.

“Over the years, I’ve had the chance to build a truly cross-functional toolkit,” she says. “That’s helped me connect the dots between channels, audiences, and business goals to create meaningful customer journeys.”

Shaping Customer Experience Around Scam Detector

Sancheeta joined the Scam Detector initiative in late 2024, leading content strategy and execution for customer communications — especially around user retention. Her mission? To make sure every message delivers clarity, relevance, and value.

“We approached this as more than just a feature launch,” she explains. “It was about building a multi-touchpoint experience that meets users where they are — through personalized, contextual communication that adds real value."

It’s included at no extra cost for existing customers, making it an essential, layer of protection and reinforces McAfee’s commitment to keeping people safe online.”
